This program was created based on myofascial release practices, microexpression science, anatomy, and somatic theory. These are not techniques or approaches made up on a whim. The information in this course has been carefully crafted and tested to help free you from the distortions of tension and strain so that you can gain a healthy facial posture and experience long-term compounding results with this newfound practice in your life.
Research has found that it takes anywhere from 18-66 days to form a new habit.
Doing a 30-day program is a great way to start a new habit for yourself while also learning the methods. By the end, you will not only experience results - you'll also have a new life skill and positive habit.
30 days is around how long it took for these methods to change my face and for others to notice, and although you will have compounding results over time (just like exercise!), for most 30 days can make a huge difference.
Yes! By purchasing, you are gaining access to information, routines, and techniques you get to keep. In fact, I periodically update the programs with new and requested information.
To be clear - lifetime access refers to the lifetime of the program(s) (rather than the lifetime of individuals who participate), but I have no intentions of ever closing these programs!
You can with caution. Always consult your practitioner as needed. Typically, if you have Botox, wait 3-4 weeks before going over that area any deeper than light superficial massage. Or you can avoid your Botox area and work the other areas. You will still experience results. If you have filler, wait 3 weeks after getting it and always be aware of not pushing too hard on those areas. If you have threads, you need to avoid those areas but can do the methods in other areas.
A maximum of 20 minutes each day. Once you get a feel for everything and work this into your daily routine (for example, for some it is easier in the morning while getting ready, for others nighttime works best) then it will take even less time. You'll be a pro in no time and this will just become a part of your life. Most daily routines take about 8-10 minutes plus 5 minutes of posture stretches.

Once you've gone through the 30 days, further results and effects occur after 45-60 days of consistency. After 30 days, you may only need to do the methods 3-5 times a week, and you can mix and match depending on what works best for you, what needs the most attention, etc.
Also, because our triggers and causes of face tension may come and go, when you are experiencing more face tension you can increase the duration or number of sessions to help remedy it. You can always access your program if you need to go back and refresh your memory. Remember, the results compound, so maintenance is still very important!
